There are three main ways to offer downloads inside your members area.

Each method is a little different, and so the method you choose will depend on your individual requirements.

You can even use a mixture of all three, if you wish - you're not restricted to one method only.

Method 1: Automatic download links for your members

This method will automatically display all of the files you specify in a single download list on your page. Logo images, if set, will be displayed, and then a download button beneath each image with that files download link.

Each product must be added to DLGuard as a single item product for this method to work. This method will allow you to limit the number of download attempts made, and any downloads made will be tracked in DLGuard.

Method 2: Creating and displaying your own download links

This method is very similar to Method 1, however it allows you to create you own download links, and place them anywhere in your members area.

Each product must be added to DLGuard as a single item product for this method to work. This method will allow you to limit the number of download attempts made, and any downloads made will be tracked in DLGuard.

Method 3: Extra Files method - creating your own links

This method is quite different to the first two methods. Basically, you create a folder on your website, and upload all of the files you wish to offer into that folder. You can then point to specific files within that folder, using your own links.

With this method, you DON'T need to add your files to DLGuard as single item products. Because of this, however, you can't limit the number of download attempts, and the download attempts aren't tracked in DLGuard.
