How to install IonCube Loaders onto your Netfirms Linux hosting account (for PHP v5.2):

Note: If you have a different account or PHP version, please contact Netfirms and they can help you install IonCube Loaders onto your account.

Login to your Netfirms hosting control panel.

Next, click on the "CGI and Scripted Language Support" icon. Then click on the "PHP Scripting" link.

You will see a text entry box. In that box, copy and paste the following block of text:

[Zend]
zend_optimizer.optimization_level=15
zend_extension = /usr/local/lib/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so
zend_extension_manager.optimizer=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-3.2.0
zend_extension_manager.optimizer_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer_TS-3.2.0
zend_optimizer.version=3.2.0
zend_extension=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager.so
zend_extension_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager_TS.so

Then click on the "Save" button.

IonCube Loaders should now be running on your website.

Direct your browser to your "dlg" folder, and DLGuard should now load.

To finish your configuration of DLGuard (if this is a new installation), direct your browser window to your "dlg/install/config.php" file.

Eg. www.example.com/dlg/install/config.php
